Warranty & Exchange Policy – Nazret Noor Optics

At Nazret Noor Optics, we offer a clear and fair sunglasses warranty policy for customers across Saudi Arabia. Whether you’re shopping in Riyadh or online, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below you’ll find all the details about warranty coverage, exchange procedures, and our return policy for optical products.

  • Our limited warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Repairs and maintenance (if applicable) are subject to spare part availability and manufacturer policies.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Breakage due to drops or mishandling

  • Exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or leaving the product in a car

  • Exposure to chemicals or cleaning agents

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

  • Sunglasses may be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase.

    • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

    • Exchange is allowed for a product of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference).

  • Prescription eyeglass frames and lenses cannot be returned or exchanged after lenses are fitted.

  • Contact lenses cannot be returned once opened or damaged.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.

  • Bank transfers are refunded to the same account.

  • Refunds must be processed at the same branch within 2 business days.

  • Bank transaction fees will be deducted from the total.

  • Customers must bring the original invoice.

  • Nazret Noor is not responsible for prescription eye test results conducted outside our stores.

  • Items returned after 15 days from purchase will not be accepted.

  • Once the invoice is issued and lenses are processed, the customer agrees to all specifications and cannot make changes.

  • You may send your product to us for repair (charges depend on the extent of the damage), or visit your nearest branch.
